Background

Arkarius is based in Cheshire in the heart of England.  It was started in 2001 by Ralph Clark.  Immediately previous to this he worked as a senior formulation consultant at Milk Marque which evolved out of the Milk Marketing Board.  In total Ralph has over 30 years experience in food product development.  

Ralph is principle with other staff brought in as needed by each project.  This means a wide array of contacts has been built up both in industry and with suppliers.  One particular link of note is a formal association with Reaseheath College.  Close association with the Food & Dairy Department and other College staff provides a wider range of expertise.

Most of the work of Arkarius is dairy related but this extends to other areas that use dairy ingredients.
