Food Labelling Training Course

The basic principles of food labelling are straightforward. Difficulties arise when interpreting the regulations and attempting to establish which piece of legislation applies. Food labelling changes over time and this adds a further layer of complication. Arkarius has advised on a large number of labelling issues and suggested courses of action to gain approval from the local Trading Standards Officer.

Where more knowledge is required Arkarius has developed an interactive training course to give the necessary background knowledge. To make the subject interesting a large number of sample labels are available for the participants to evaluate. All labels are products available on the shelf showing good and bad practise. Any labels under development can be brought along for more relevant discussion.
