Arkarius started running training courses in 2004.

All courses are in small groups to promote interaction, sharing personal experience and meeting individual needs.

  • Ice Cream

A two day course blending classroom theory and practical work making ice cream. The course concentrates on high quality ice cream manufacture.

This course is held twice a year and is suitable for those wanting to know more about the technical aspects of ice cream. It is suitable for small to medium scale manufacturers, on farm production, EHO, ingredient or equipment suppliers. More details...

 

  • Labelling

This course runs as required and is tailored to suit the users. It is either half or full day course and can include a session of instruction as well as examination and comment of a range of label samples. More details...

 

  • Pasteurisation

A one day course examining requirements of pasteurisers for dairy products. It is designed for those responsible for the operation of pasteurisers and includes legal requirements, equipment options, record keeping etc. More details...

  • Facilitator

Ralph Clark at Arkarius can use training and group management skills to help keep a meeting or gathering on track so that objectives are achieved. This is particularly useful where problem solving or change is being debated and a neutral handler can be a great help in coming to consensus conclusions.

 

  • Personal Development

Apart from technical training Ralph has also delivered development sessions concentrating on listening skills, group leading and other soft skills.
